I bought a flag just the other day

I got an amplifier that I play
it says “made in the USA”
that banner stared at me like a plauge
saying “I don’t think so....I don’t think so”

Stop buying all that crap
throw your money at your home town map
take a heart that’s pure and true
and take a deep breadth and say “it’s up to me and you”

Commercials make me laugh and cry
and like a stealth they make me buy
they don’t care about “Mom & Pop’s”
and they ain’t gonna quit, till the money stops

We go to BIG mart to save money
without a clue who get’s the honey
they might be an enemy
of the land of the brave - home of the free
so I will say - what I got to say
and you can take my things
but you can’t take my soul away
